We use Bauman's Processing located in Ottawa, KS for our beef.
They dry age our beef for 14 days and then cut it up and flash freeze it and then deep freeze it.
When you receive it, your beef will be frozen solid, packed in open boxes about 18" wide X 27" long.

STEAKS.
Boneless steakes = $.05 per pound hanging weight extra.
Standardly, sirloins, round steaks, and tenderloins are packaged individually and t-bones and rib steaks are packaged 2 per package.
Individually packaged t-bones and rib steaks = $.05 /lb extra
